It is vital to the smooth operation of the HOA that residents and property owners be well-informed and that they have information readily available to them. The Communications Committee's responsibility is to insure that this information is made available.

The Communications Committee, reporting to the HOA Board, shall strive to enhance communications with and among residents and members of the Association. The Committee shall be responsible for maintaining the HOA website, the Banner, Calling Post and Mass Email system.
