Board of Directors MISSION STATEMENT It is the duty of the Board to enforce the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Architectural Standards, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Association. Responsibilities include establishment of annual budgets and assessments, management of common areas, and further the interests of the Owners of Lots in Brookstone. The personal mission of this President is to: Promote the high quality life style offered in Brookstone and the many benefits of living here (i.e. country club community, a fun-filled and family-oriented community and amenities area, etc.), and to help preserve and grow property values.
Foster and facilitate an open Association administration, through effective and timely communication, and encourage participation and volunteerism by and for its residents.
Ensure fiscal responsibility by controlling costs and delivering value for the services provided while developing new and creative revenue generating opportunities.
Effectively utilize Brookstone’s influence to manage growth along our borders that is consistent with our standard of living.
